We have a policy to meet and exceed customer expectation by continuously improving the quality of our services. We would like to give a brief detail about our company and our services. The founder of this company are a team of a technically qualified engineers and professionals who have 15 years of field experience in handling the communication needs of Indian industry. We are handling a customer base of 150 in northern region that use our telecom systems ranging from 32 lines to 3000 lines. We take the following jobs for any organization.

 

1.    We provide telecom systems to organizations for Voice/VOIP and Data solutions, call centre solution. We provide EPABX systems and its spares for TADIRAN / ERICSSON / NEC EPABX products.

 

1.    We are the authorized channel partner of HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD for their VOICE, IT and communication solutions.

 

2.    We provide video conferencing systems of Aethra and Tandberg make.

 

3.    We are the only business partner for COLOGICX systems ltd. for their operations in northern region. We provide line protection units (LPU), IVRS & Voice Loggers.

 

4.    We are the business partner of DYNA Hitech Power Systems Ltd for their products like FCBC & Power plants.

 

5.    We undertake projects for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance (AMC) of equipments like EPABX, IP telephony, Video conferencing, Voice Mail Systems, IVR, traffic management systems, call billing systems, call center solutions,  MIS reporting, HDSL , Data equipments etc.

 

6.    We are the only authorized service partner for the maintenance of the EPABXs system (TADIRAN make) installed by CROMPTON GREAVES LTD in northern region.
